Talks

Presentations with discussant have a 30 minutes slot - 25 for the speaker and 5 for the discussant. Discussants may use slides if they prefer.

Oral presentations have a 15 minutes slot.

Speakers should send their presentation in advance via e-mail to qfw2020@uniparthenope.it. If you are unable to do that, please contact the desk as early as possible to have your slides uploaded.

Posters

Posters will be exhibited during all the workshop. Materials to mount posters will be provided by the conference organizers. Each poster should be no larger than A0 paper size measuring 84.1 cm (width) by 118.9 cm (height). Posters can be pinned vertically. Poster Location: posters will be displayed near the session rooms.

Wi-Fi (also with eduroam service) is provided within the building.

A limited number of electrical outlets are available in the rooms.
